North Northamptonshire Parent Carer Voices' (NPCV) purpose is to amplify families' voices to help create positive impact and improve the life chances for children and young people with Special educational needs and/or disability (SEND) We do this by gathering the views of local families and then work in partnership with the Local Authority (LA), Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT), Integrated care board (ICB), and Northamptonshire Children's Trust (NCT) alongside other local area services.
NPCV have produced this survey to gather a wide range of views from parent/caregivers regarding many aspects of support for children and young people with SEND. The results of this survey will be processed into a fully comprehensive report by an independent company and made readily available for parent/carers to ensure transparency. We will also share the results with the Local Area Partnership, Ofsted, and the Department for Education (DfE) during any inspection of SEND services.
