Music forms an important part of liturgy within all Catholic parishes, helping parishioners celebrate the Mass and enhance their spiritual experience.

The purpose of this survey is to get your feedback to help evaluate how we have been using music at Holy Spirit with the aim of maintaining and improving it for the future.
