Please provide a detailed description of your idea, with support for how your idea will help the Bank.   Please include a solution or plan for improvement, including any analysis you have completed regarding estimated revenue increases or cost savings, (i.e., how much could the Bank potentially earn or save by implementing your idea?)

Once submitted, management will review the information you provided.  If management makes the determination to move forward with your idea, you may be asked to participate in helping management implement the idea.  Once a detailed analysis has been completed, and your idea has been fully implemented, you will qualify for the $1,000 incentive.

Please Note:
Your idea must meet certain criteria in order to qualify for the $1,000 incentive. Ideas that will not be considered as part of the incentive include the following:

*  Something that would normally be expected in the performance of your job,
    or something that you would be able to implement without management approval.
*  Ideas that do not include a solution or plan for improvement.
*  Ideas that result from audits or reviews.
*  Ideas that are already under active consideration by management.
*  Ideas that propose changes to salaries, benefits, or employment classifications.
*  Ideas that are already enforced by existing laws or regulations.
*  Ideas that pertain to employee concerns, complaints, or grievances, which should be
    directed to the employee’s immediate supervisor, or Human Resources.
