Dear Applicant: Thank you for attending our Job Fair and participating in the mock call process.
You will receive a 2nd mock call shortly from a 211 staff member.
When it rings, please answer:
“Thank you for calling 211 LA County, my name is _______(First name only), how may I help you today?”
Your caller will give you information about their situation, and you will provide them with a referral that will meet their needs.
In addition, please provide all pertinent information necessary to access services (phone number, hours of operation, etc..).
