palliverse survey

* 1. Dear colleague,

We are putting together a website to bring people, ideas and research funding together in order to promote palliative care in Australia and New Zealand.

As part of this project, we are interested in your views on what features you would like to see on the website.

This short survey will take a couple of minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary. Data collected will be entirely anonymous. The results of the survey may be presented at the Australian and New Zealand Society of Palliative Medicine (ANZSPM) conference in September 2014 and submitted for publication in a relevant peer-reviewed journal.
