Why are we running this survey?
The survey collects information about community and whānau views of the proposed new Enrolment Scheme for Paeroa College. We are collecting this information as part of our community consultation so we can ensure it is meeting the needs of ākonga, whānau, schools and the wider community.
Survey responses will be used to inform a report on the community responses to the proposed new scheme. This will primarily be for internal Ministry of Education use but may be released more widely. You will not be identified in the report, but your responses may be anonymously quoted.

As an option, we will ask you to identify yourself if you wish to be contacted by the Ministry as part of this survey. However, if any identifiable personal information is provided, it will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020.

Your responses will be retained while we complete our report and for a further six months after that and will then be deleted.
