2024 Membership Registration Card - Madison Avenue BID

While the Madison Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) serves all property owners, commercial tenants and residents within the district, only registered members may vote, elect and serve as members of the BID's Board of Directors.  According to our bylaws, registered members are Property Owners, Commercial Tenants, and Residential Tenants within the District that have filled out an address card at the BID office.  Please complete all requested information on this card.  Once the card is on file, you will be added to the BID's mailing list.  Should you have any questions about the BID, or need further information, please contact us at 212-861-2055 or information@madisonavenuebid.org.
