Hello and welcome to the 2018 Platform Committee Survey
Your answers and comments will help the Committee to determine what proposals are likely to pass and any changes that might need to be made prior to their presentation at the 2018 Convention in New Orleans. PLEASE FILL THIS OUT UPON RECEIPT AS TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.
These proposals and their rationales are in DRAFT FORM and have not yet been approved in this form by the entire Committee and thus are subject to amendment up through and including June 30, 2018, at the Committee's last meeting prior to the national convention. The Committee has not yet determined in which order these proposals will be presented to the convention delegates.
If adopted proposals result in new planks, the Platform will be re-numbered accordingly.

Committee members were invited to submit minority reports for inclusion in this survey, but none have been submitted as of this time. Proposals that are currently the subject of email ballots are included for your input.
The Proposals which have been adopted by the Committee are identified by letters, i.e., Proposals A through L. Items which are presently the subject of email ballots are identified by PC-20 through PC-22. These proposals may not be adopted by the Committee.
