The Lower George River is expected to break out of its current channel and take a new course through the floodplain to empty into Georges Bay.

This survey is part of an Impact Assessment project by Break O'Day Council and the Lower George Riverworks Trust to assess the risks of three possible scenarios the river may take to establish its new course and potential management options for the future.

We'd like to know if there are any additional impacts or consequences the avulsion scenarios may have for you and your thoughts on what could be done to manage the risks posed by an avulsion.
