Project Overview

SDOT is repaving Roosevelt Way NE and Pinehurst Way NE between NE 92nd St and 15th Ave NE to extend the life of the pavement by 10 to 20 years. The project will involve fixing the asphalt and the base underneath it, as well as ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessible curb ramps and drainage improvements. In line with our Complete Streets policy, we also plan to improve facilities for people walking, biking, and taking the bus along this route. Depending on funding, these upgrades could include new crosswalks, better bike lanes, and improved bus stops.
