* 1. As part of the Annual Education Update, I understand that Donalsonville Hospital, Inc. has a corporate compliance plan. If I have a concern or a complaint about fraudulent billing, inappropriate practices or mishandling of corporate properties and/or funds, I can report this to the corporate compliance hotline at Extension 409 and remain anonymous. If I believe that this issue has not been resolved, then I can report it to my Department Supervisor/Head, the Hospital Administrator, or the Corporate Compliance Officer, Melonie Godby at Extension 236.

 

At this time, I am not aware of any fraudulent billing, inappropriate practices or mishandling of corporate properties and/ or funds.
