The Board of Trustees is nominating Catherine Ross for the position of President of the Science Council.

The Board believes that Catherine’s professional background and status makes her eminently qualified to take on the role of President of the Council.

The resolution will be open for 28 days and will close at midnight on Thursday 1st August. If the two-thirds threshold is reached before midnight on Thursday 1st August, the election will close, and the result will be announced shortly afterwards.

Resolution: That Member Bodies elect Professor Catherine Ross as President of the Science Council with immediate effect for a period of two years.
