North Suburban Consortium Community Survey

The North Suburban Consortium (Consortium) consists of the eight contiguous cities and towns of Arlington, Chelsea, Everett, Malden, Medford, Melrose, Revere, and Winthrop. The Consortium receives a grant allocation each year from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to invest in housing and community development programs in areas where at least 51 percent of the residents are low- and moderate-income (LMI) whose incomes are at or below 80% of the area median income.

Every five years, the Consortium develops a Consolidated Plan to identify the housing and community development needs for people living in the Consortium and outlines the goals for using its federal funds.

The Consortium created this survey to hear from members of the community and gather your thoughts on the housing and community development needs in the Consortium. Your participation in this survey is anonymous.

The survey includes 29 multiple choice questions and should take about 10 minutes to complete.
