Introduction
OurDigitalWorld offers the largest online archive of Ontario newspapers (representing over 200 years of community news) via two beta portal sites as well as news sites for individual organizations. These sites can include news articles, births, marriages and deaths indexes, clippings, and issues.
We’re looking at ways to enhance access to digitized historic newspapers. Please help us by taking part in this survey.
This survey is broadly divided into two parts: one set of questions based on browse and search of aggregated news data through the Ontario Community News Portal, and the other set of questions focussing on presentation and navigation of newspaper content that arrive in the portal from a variety of collections.
This survey is part of the Portal Platform project, funded in part by the Government of Ontario.
