Onslow County is preparing a Comprehensive Plan to establish a “blueprint” or “roadmap” for the future. This Plan is primarily focused on areas outside of the incorporated municipalities in the County. The Plan is a policy document that establishes guidance on land use, transportation, recreation, growth, coastal resources, environmental impacts, and related topics.
To help garner feedback on the Comprehensive Plan, the Onslow Horizon team hosted a set of public meetings in various locations of the County on March 22 and March 23, 2023.
