Please Share your Thoughts about the Old North Neighborhood!
This short, 10-15 minute survey is part of a needs assessment for the Old North Neighborhood. This survey is voluntary and your answers will be kept anonymous. Thank you in advance for taking the survey!  This survey will end on August 31st.


WHAT IS THIS SURVEY ABOUT?
The Old North St. Louis Neighborhood Needs Assessment is an approximately 9-month process to document the needs and priorities of the Old North Neighborhood as identified by neighborhood residents and stakeholders. The goal of the Needs Assessment is to build consensus around and prioritize neighborhood needs to better inform the work of neighborhood organizations, aldermen, City departments, and residents to help guide the direction of future investment and growth. A 13-person steering committee is helping guide the process. The steering committee includes neighborhood residents, business owners, and organizations in the neighborhood. Take the Survey, Chance for a Gift Card!
Complete the survey for a chance to receive a $6 gift card for Crown Candy Kitchen! There are two ways to win a gift card:

1. Visit the Vision Old North table at Crown Plaza (across from Crown Candy Kitchen) on Saturday morning, August 1st or August 15th from 9:00 - 11:00 am. The first 25 visitors each Saturday who have completed a survey (paper or online) will receive a gift card (check www.VisionOldNorth.com for updates).

2. Starting July 31, every week for five weeks, 10 survey respondents will be randomly chosen to receive a gift card. The earlier you complete the survey, the more chances you will have to receive a gift card!

Instead of this online survey, you can download a paper version of this survey at www.VisionOldNorth.com.  A paper version will also be mailed to Old North residents in late July.
