1. Introduction

Thank you for your interest in OSPF’s Youth Advisory Council (YAC)! Please use the questions below to share about your interest in YAC and the OSPF Youth-Led Grant Review Day. (Click here to preview this application.)

At the Youth-Led Grant Review Day, Youth Council members will participate in a day of education and action, complete with lunch, a $200 Visa gift card, community service hours, and (for those traveling from outside Franklin County) a gas station gift card.

1. Education: suicide prevention best practices and an introduction to non-profits and grants.

2. Action: review grant applications and choose who gets funded.

This application will close on January 29, 2025. Applicants will be notified regarding their candidate status by email on or before February 3, 2025.

For those under the age of 18, a parent/guardian signature will be required to participate.
