Oregon School Garden Survey 2018

Thank you for participating in our 2018 school garden survey! Please forward this to the School Garden Coordinator, or the person who is in charge of the school garden.  This will enable us to compile crucial data to understand how our gardens operate, so we can better serve Oregon school gardens.

PLEASE CONSIDER sending a picture of your garden to rick.sherman@state.or.us  so we can include a picture of it on our school garden map!  If children are present, please avoid shots where you can directly see their faces.

ALSO:  you might maintain multiple gardens in multiple schools.  If so, please complete one survey for each garden you Coordinate or maintain.
