We are planning for a return to play for volleyball in the Fall. We need some help getting the program together. Please respond to the following survey to help us gauge interest and volunteer needs.

Please read the rough COVID protocols the Archdiocese Schools have asked us to do the following: All positive cases and/or exposures to positive cases, MUST be reported to the elementary school principals immediately. Due to possible co-mingling of students and the number of locations potentially affected by one exposure, the entire team is required to quarantine, and practice/games would be cancelled during the quarantine period. THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
· CMS volleyball should limit the number of players and spectators in the gyms to allow for proper physical distancing.
· Spectators are required to wear masks.
· Sufficient time MUST be provided to clean and sanitize the gym (bleachers and bathrooms) between practices and games and cleaning and sanitation must be done by CMS representatives, unless otherwise directed by the school.
· Proper and sufficient air ventilation/circulation is required.
· Proper and sufficient protocols must be identified for contact tracing. Due to possible co-mingling of students and the number of locations potentially affected by one exposure, the entire team would be required to quarantine, and practice/games would be cancelled during the quarantine period.
