Survey Introduction
MNP has been engaged by Okanagan Indian Band (OKIB) to conduct a 360 review of the Health and Social Development Department (HSD or the Department). This review will identify the current strengths of the Department as well as opportunities for improvement. The information you provide will be used to assist with the development of a report with recommendations on how to improve the Health and Social Development Department.

Confidentiality
We need you to be open in your responses. The information you provide will be reported collectively with no identifying information to any one particular individual. The completed surveys will be retained by MNP LLP (MNP). All completed surveys will be deleted/shredded by MNP upon completion of the project.
