The Outdoor Industries Association (OIA) is here to support the outdoor industry to achieve 50% reduction in GHG emissions by 2030 on route to Net Zero by 2050.
Our shared dedication to safeguarding the environment within our industry is paramount. Together, we must make progress in attaining net zero carbon emissions by the year 2050. The integrity of the outdoor experience that we hold dear is threatened, and the effects of climate change persistently disrupt our operations. We bear a collective responsibility to take action.
The first step for OIA Members is to calculate their baseline emissions.
This survey aims to:
* Capture what percentage of OIA members have taken the first step.
* Better understand our industry's emissions by aggregating members' emission data.
If your company hasn't measured your baseline emissions yet and wants help - please check out the OIA Climate Action Planning Initiative resources which include an emissions calculator - https://www.theoia.co.uk/nz-2050/
All answers to this survey will remain confidential. Only OIA staff and members of the CAPI Working Group will review the individual responses. The OIA will only ever shared aggregated and anonymised data, never member specific data.
