Prior to February of 2020, many individuals had the choice and flexibility to work from home when it suited their needs. Now many of us find ourselves in a forced work from home scenario through shelter in place and quarantine. What might we learn from this? How will this shape when, where, and how we work in the future, when we're again able to choose?
