Options for Care is the third in the learning series. It is designed for care partners of people living with dementia:
-Who are at or approaching the stage when more supports are needed at home or long term care is being considered
-Who are willing to attend, with awareness that participants will discuss their experience

Sessions are designed as a series, so plan to attend all modules virtually from the comfort of your home:
When care needs are increasing
Week 1: Long Term Care Decisions
Week 2: Transitioning Care Roles
Week 3: Supporting Daily Activities
