Operation Dry Water 2024 Media Award | Nomination Form Nominations Deadline - August 15th Nominees should be candidates who used a creative media outreach platform to: promote awareness of the Operation Dry Water campaign and make a difference in recreational boating safety by educating boaters and raising awareness about the dangers of boating under the influence on our nation’s waterways. EligibilityThis award recognizes the best all-around media outreach campaign running prior to and during the annual Operation Dry Water heightened awareness and enforcement weekend.
