Oneida County Housing Survey

Oneida County is undertaking a Housing Market Inventory, Assessment, and Strategy study. This study will allow Oneida County, partner agencies, housing providers, nonprofit organizations, and municipalities to develop a better understanding of the existing housing market.

With updated data and analysis, the study will define the magnitude of the housing concerns and, provide a quantitative estimate of the housing needs throughout the County. Examining homeownership and rentals as well as vulnerable populations in both the rural and urban areas, the study will recommend strategies and initiatives to help meet those needs. It will ultimately be used to inform planning programs and develop housing projects that meet both market demand and community priorities.

The County is seeking to gather housing-related input from residents whose primary residence is in Oneida County. All respondents are anonymous, and responses are strictly confidential.
