RI Housing MPTA Program: Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations Update for the Town of North Smithfield

The Town of North Smithfield, with assistance from the RI Housing MPTA Program, is currently updating the Town's Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.

On August 21, 2024, the Town sponsored a Public Workshop at the Town Council Chambers, to discuss key changes in the Town's zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations and their impact on North Smithfield's community.

The following survey's goal is to gather input from the community of North Smithfield on their level of familiarity with zoning laws.
