NextFlex Adult Learner Survey |
NextFlex is a consortium of American advanced technology companies, academic institutions, non-profits, state, local and federal government partners with the shared goal of advancing U.S. manufacturing of printed hybrid electronics (HE). Since its formation in 2015, the NextFlex community of technologists, educators, problem solvers and manufacturers have come together to collectively facilitate HE innovation, narrow the advanced manufacturing workforce gap and promote longstanding electronics manufacturing ecosystems. NextFlex is one of nine Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MII) established by the DoD Manufacturing Technology Program as public-private partnerships. Learn more about the MII here.
To meet its mission, NextFlex developed the NextFlex Learning Portfolio. Their learning portfolio focuses on advanced manufacturing training through awareness building, recruitment, and skill building for the advanced manufacturing sector and hybrid electronics (HE) community. They are currently undergoing a strategic planning process which will inform the future efforts of the NextFlex Learning Portfolio. Critical to this, is understanding the views of current manufacturing and STEM students on what is most important to you. We developed this survey as a method to capture your input.
This brief survey will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. All answers are anonymous, unless you specify that you would like to be contacted for additional engagements. We will use this information to inform a landscape analysis of education and training needs related to the development and implementation of emerging technologies. If you have any questions about this survey or the strategic planning process, please contact Nikki Stoicoiu, at nglazerstoicoiu@newgrowthgroup.com.
Thank you for your time and thoughtful consideration.
