AbleCare Homes is always looking for great people, and you can help.
Research has shown, and our own experience supports, that hires who come into our organisation through employee referrals are excellent contributors, stay with us longer and are more cost effective to recruit. If you know someone who you think would be a great addition to our organisation and they meet the qualifying criteria, it will be worth £200 if you refer them for employment and they are hired.
Refer candidates who meet the qualifications to our company using this electronic form which must be submitted prior to the candidate’s offer of employment. If your candidate is hired you will be awarded £200 (less taxes) on successful completion of the candidate’s probationary period (normally 6 months).
The referral bonus program has very few rules, but the rules below do apply in all circumstances.
1. The hiring of a referred employee must occur within six months of the initial referral date.
2. There will be no eligibility for the referral bonus if it is applied for after a formal job offer letter has been sent to a candidate.
3. The referral must represent the candidate's first contact with our organisation. Temporary contract and former employees are not eligible candidates for referral.

4. The candidate must accept a permanent position of at least two shifts per week in one of the homes run by the company.
5. To be eligible for an award, the referrals must first be submitted to Head Office and must include a CV and Job Application Form.
6. Once a referral is hired and successfully passes their probation, the employee responsible for the referral will receive the referral bonus.
7. The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for payment.
8. All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with our policies, procedures and normal interview process, and all information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
