Case of the Month-March |
A 50-year-old man with history of hypertension presented to an outside hospital with numbness and tingling of the left lower extremity for 2-3 days. He initially attributed his symptoms to chronic sciatica, but he eventually presented to the local ED after his foot became cool, dark, and more painful. On examination, he was found to have no flow in his left lower extremity.
