Our records indicate that you recently represented a client in a case referred to mediation authorized by SDNY Local Rule 83.9. To evaluate the performance of our Mediators and the effectiveness of our Mediation Program, it would be most helpful to learn the views of the participants in the mediation. This Questionnaire asks about your experience in the case identified below. These responses will be used by the Court to evaluate the Mediation Program, including the effectiveness of program mediators.
