Dedicated Staff Accommodation at Rapids Landing (Margaret River)

Lester Group are the long-term owners of accommodation land in Margaret River and are considering the development of a dedicated staff village for long term rental.

While preliminary discussions have highlighted a need for staff accommodation within the Margaret River region and the impact this shortage of accomodation options is having on recruitment and retention of skilled staff, Lester Group are looking to better understand this market demand.

Lester Group are undertaking a feasibility study to determine the specific needs and requirements for dedicated Workers Accommodation within the Margaret River region and are seeking input from the local business community.
