Heavy Vehicle Driver Work Zone Safety Online Survey |

You are invited to participate in a survey being undertaken by the Australian Road Research Board (ARRB) on behalf of the NSW Roads and Maritime Services. The purpose of the survey is to explore the opinions and experiences of heavy vehicle drivers who have driven through the work zones in the Woolgoolga to Ballina Pacific Highway upgrade.
Data collected from the survey will be aggregated and analysed as a group and will not identify individual participants. We would like to remind you there are no right or wrong answers; it’s your thoughts and opinions that matter. Your feedback will be considered as part of work to improve safety in work zones across the state.
The survey should take about 25 to 30 minutes to complete and a $20 EFTPOS card will be mailed to participants who complete the survey. While the survey results are anonymous and do not identify individuals, your details will be required if you wish to receive the $20 EFTPOS card.
