PPE Purchasing Survey

In light of the demand among members for personal protective equipment (PPE) and ongoing supply chain disruptions, we are considering expanding our PPE inventory with additional items such as gloves, gowns and thermometers. Before we move forward, we kindly ask you to complete a short survey to help us determine the demand for PPE by indicating whether you remain interested in purchasing from the National Council.
