Lack of access to early learning and childcare is a critical workforce issue in Skagit County. To further understand how this issue may be impacting Skagit businesses, the Economic Development Alliance of Skagit County (EDASC) is asking all business to complete this 10-minute survey. Your individual answers and information will remain confidential.

This survey was created with support from the Center for Retention and Expansion of Childcare, Skagit Population Health Trust, the State Department of Commerce, and the NW Educational Service District 189.
