Are you interested in purchasing a niche?

- OLOL has received conditional approval from the office of the Bishop to develop the design and parish policy for a Prayer Garden and Columbarium on the grounds at OLOL.
- Pre-sales for niche subscriptions will begin February 15th, 2025. We will then have a 1-year period to sell approximately 210 niche subscriptions to enable the construction phase of the project to begin.

We are currently assembling a list of parishioners that are interested in purchasing a niche in this pre-sale period. If you intend to purchase a niche, or multiple niches, in this pre-sale period please complete the form below. We will then reach out to you with the application form and the OLOL Prayer Garden and Columbarium Regulations and Policy document for your review and completion once pre-sales begin February 15th.

Pricing estimates:
- Pre-construction pricing - $4500 per niche. Each niche can accommodate the remains of 2 people.
- Post-construction pricing - $5,000 per niche.
- Inscription cost - $320 for 4 lines
- Board approved urn - $96 each
- Pricing is subject to change
