Are you interested in purchasing a niche?
- In a 2023 survey of the OLOL parish community, 77% of respondents confirmed their support for the development of a columbarium.
- OLOL has received conditional approval from the office of the Bishop to develop the design and parish policy for a Prayer Garden and Columbarium on the grounds at OLOL.
- Once we get approval to begin the pre-sales for the niches, we will have a 1-year period to sell approximately 250 niches to enable the project to begin.
We are currently assembling a list of parishioners that are interested in purchasing a niche in this pre-sale period. If you intend to purchase a niche, or multiple niches, in this pre-sale period please complete the form below and you will be notified when the pre-sale period begins. This will help us to determine the initial level of interest.
Pricing estimates:
- Pre-construction pricing - $4500 per niche. Each niche can accommodate the remains of 2 people.
- Post-construction pricing - $5,000 per niche.
- Inscription cost - $260 for 4 lines
- Internal bronze box - $96 each
