Some of the questions we are all grappling with are; what is the right model? How do we manage teams remotely? What impact will it have on our culture? What will the World of Work look like in another 2 years?

Many agencies are doing great things to address these questions, while others are navigating the challenges that comes with a hybrid working concept to balance needs of the business and staff. 

REIP is conducting this research survey to help our members navigate the post pandemic world of work, and will share the collective results with all of our members.
