We have heard the need from our members, and are pleased to once again offer our Mentorship Program, exclusive to Alliance members. For the program to be successful, we need your help.

What can you expect as a part of this Mentorship Program?
· Time: 2-4 hours per month, including 1:1 meetings, and monthly group mentoring sessions.
· Communication: Each pair should establish their own expectations of cadence and preferred method of communication.
· You need to have an open mind and be willing to learn and teach, regardless of whether you are the mentor or the mentee.

Here's a quote from a past participant: "I definitely felt less alone. As someone fairly new to CME and a one person team without much support from my state accreditor, this was so beneficial to have access to someone who was open and willing to help answer even my most basic questions that I was reluctant to post on the listserv because I didn't want to look "stupid.""

This survey will take 3-5 minutes to complete and you will be contacted in mid-June regarding your program status. The first 40 respondents will reserve their spot in this exciting, member-only program!
