Background

Each financial year, the Fair Work Commission (Commission) undertakes a review of, and decides on increases to, the national minimum wage and pay rates under modern awards.
 
The National Retail Association, as your representative peak industry body, is advocating for our members to express to the Commission what impacts significant wage increases will have on retailers. While we have made initial submissions to the Commission outlining these impacts, we want to hear from you! 
 
We ask for all members to complete the following anonymous short survey to provide your views on how increases to minimum rates of pay will affect your business. Your feedback will help inform our final submissions we make to the Commission.
