This survey is intended to query private sector organizations regarding their intersection with local emergency management agencies / local emergency operations center.  Estimated time to complete this survey is 10 minutes.

Recognizing that a strong relationship between emergency managers and the private sector is integral to response and recovery on the local level, this group is seeking best practices from agencies across the country to inform the creation of a Local Business Emergency Operations Center framework.
