HRD New Zealand is on the lookout for the industry’s big hitters for its sixth annual Hot List. To be eligible for this accolade, candidates must:
  • be at HR Director or similar level (the senior HR decision maker in the organisation)
  • have at least 10 years of HR experience
  • be able to demonstrate initiatives in the past 12 months that have advanced the standing of HR in the organisation

A place on the list will provide well-deserved recognition among the best HR leaders in New Zealand. The 2025 Hot List will be featured online in January.
