Exploring shifting attitudes to work in the built environment and response required from leaders |
Survey
As a leadership coach I have conversations daily with leaders in the built environment who are navigating, with varying degrees of success, the changing nature of work, and apparently, of workers.
The world continues to change. Between the effects of Covid, the UK’s housing crisis, the emergence of AI, a climate emergency and a wealth of other forces, the way workers, particularly younger workers, view their work and employers has the potential to shift significantly. But is it shifting? And if so, what are the changing expectations and desires? What do leaders need to know and do? How is leadership itself evolving? How do we need to equip leaders for now and the future?
This small piece of research is to explore these questions in the context of the built environment. I am starting with gathering responses to this short survey and hope to build from there.
Thank you for completing this survey, it should take 10 minutes. All responses are anonymous so if you would like to receive a copy of the future summary please drop me an email at Hello@arebe.co.uk
