VDMA Training Calendar 2021 - Skilled Workers for the Food Industry - Kenya

Description

The Kenyan-German cooperation project “Skilled Workers for the Food Industry” conceptualized by VDMA aims at addressing the demand for qualified skilled workers in Kenyan food processing industries by offering practice-oriented training.

One of the project’s key fields of action is providing advanced and vocational training based on the German Vocational Training System – the combination of theoretical and practical training. Recently, international experts developed a specific training concept that combines German technological expertise with the needs of the Kenyan food industry, on the basis of a needs analysis carried out by VDMA/GzF with Kenyan companies and their German machine suppliers.

The short courses are designed especially for machine operators and the maintenance staff.

The Food Safety in Food Processing course addresses the food companies and its equipment suppliers whereas Maintenance Organization and Planning course aims at general equipment suppliers and their customers in all industries/sectors.
