Views on support for individuals waiting for an autism assessment
You are being contacted as you are waiting for an autism diagnostic assessment.
We are keen to get your views on what good pre-diagnostic support would be like. This will help us to provide the right kind of NHS support in Tees Valley in the future.
We want to find out about different kinds of help that people (aged 16 or over) may need while waiting for a formal autism assessment. This service will be for individuals who are not eligible for support under the Care Act.
Listening to your views and experiences

Your opinions about what would be helpful are vital in making sure that the right help is offered in future.
All of the information that is received will be anonymised so that nothing you tell us can be linked back to you.
