The NHS App is a free app that lets you access NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

We would like to learn more about whether patients in Herefordshire and Worcestershire are using the NHS App and what they think about it. We will use this to inform marketing about the NHS App.

Please note that this survey is about the NHS App – not the Covid-19 App which was closed in April 2023.

Who is the survey for? - We are keen to hear from a wide range of people who are patients of Herefordshire and Worcestershire GP Practices.

This survey should take approximately 6 minutes to complete.

All responses will be anonymous. NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board (ICB) will collate and store the answers that you give. We will publish the anonymous findings to our website and will also share with our partners. Personal identifying information will not appear in any publications resulting from this survey. Your anonymous quotes may be used in this, and other relevant ICB reports.
