At present we are offering the following workshops:
- Restorative Panel Process: This training aims to enhance the application of Restorative Justice Principles throughout the Restorative Panel process–from intake through completion. It will create a foundation for continued state-wide training to on-board new staff and program volunteers and build greater consistency and alignment between programs.
- Restorative Approaches with Harmed Parties: Participants in this training will delve into understanding harm and needs of people impacted by crime; they will explore and develop strategies for harmed party engagement in Diversion services. The training will include action planning around communication, supporting harmed parties and their choices, and tracking outcomes related to victim satisfaction with restorative justice approaches. (Attendance is capped at 30)
- Restorative Circle Process Keeping: Participants will experience and explore the formal structure of the restorative circle process; practice designing and co-keeping a dialogue (community-building) circle; and support the collective learning of the group. This is a 2-Day Training and attendance is required for both days. (Attendance is capped at 20)
All of the trainings will take place at the Granite Edvance Building, 3 Barrel Court, Concord, NH 03301. We will continue to add additional skills trainings depending upon demand and need.
