The goal of this brief survey is to help public health understand if nursing homes/skilled nursing facilities have timely access to influenza testing and antiviral medications, and current influenza vaccination. This survey will ask about the specific influenza testing used at your facility. Antiviral medications may be used for both treatment of a nursing home resident diagnosed with influenza as well as given to residents who may have had exposure to someone with influenza. This survey is anonymous and collects only limited location, size, and affiliation information to help describe generally where additional resources may be needed. Please do not indicate your facility name or address. This survey should only be completed once per facility.
