Overview
The Alberta Law Reform Institute is considering how to improve laws about property division for common-law partners. Before we make final recommendations to the Alberta government, we want to hear from you.
This survey asks your opinion about some proposals for improving the law. Your feedback will help us decide whether to recommend these proposals to the Alberta government, change them, or make different ones.
The survey takes about 10 minutes. You may answer all or some of the questions.
We will consider all responses and comments when making final recommendations.
This survey does not ask for your name or identifying information. We may quote from or refer to your comments in published work, although we usually discuss comments generally without quoting from them. If you would like us to keep your comments confidential, please say so in the comment box.
