Capacity Building Training for Women Business Owners
WEConnect International is implementing a 3-year regional project on “Women’s Empowerment through Economic Inclusion” funded by U.S. Department of States Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs (SCA). The project is being implemented in Sri Lanka, India, Maldives and Bangladesh.
The objective of this training programme is to provide capacity building for Women Business Owners (WOBs) to learn and adopt improved business practices, enhance their business connectivity and readiness as suppliers, and develop confidence as assertive business leaders.
Training Topic: Business Strategic Planning
The module will cover; o Building effective business plans and rethinking business models o Building a growth plan for the short and medium terms o Achieving competitive advantage
