The purpose of the meeting is to inform the supplier community of our intended approach to the subsequent Framework agreement and to ensure that all suppliers are fully appraised on the procurement, including expected timescales of the exercise.
This will cover intended lot structure, key UKUPC processes, elements of terms and conditions to name a few. A full agenda will be provided prior to the event and slides will be shared following. We encourage suppliers to treat this as an interactive session and to ask questions and raise any potential issues or concerns, preferably in open forum but shortly following the meeting so that these can be addressed prior to the commencement of any tendering exercise.
