Thank you for participating in the Nourishing Connection Program! Your child care center was 1 of 11 centers in Weakley County that participated in this year’s program.

Farm to School programs have three elements: growing food, education and local food procurement.

Your feedback is VITAL to provide important information on your center’s experience and offer input to improve next year's program. Additionally, we share the accumulated data (anonymous) with grant funders to report results, and seek additional funding to keep the program funded and growing at your childcare center.

Thanks for taking the time to provide this important feedback to us.

Sincerely,

Samantha Goyret
